What are some promising healthcare careers, besides nursing?

Question by stacies mom: What are some promising healthcare careers, besides nursing? I was looking into nutrition because they offer the program at the university I’m attending. But they don’t offer nursing program, only pre-nursing. Just wondering if nutrition is highly demanded in today’s economy/times. I’m thinking a pediatric nurse since my major is currently education.
